L&#8217;une est OnPremise et l&#8217;autre en mode SaaS h\u00e9berg\u00e9e chez AWS.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">Les deux solutions ont en commun, le support de VMware et utilisent le Kubernetes issue du CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cncf.io\">https:\/\/www.cncf.io<\/a>) et vous assure que vos d\u00e9veloppements seront p\u00e9rennes m\u00eame si vous les faites fonctionner avec une autre solution Kubernetes compatible CNCF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">La premi\u00e8re solution, <strong>PKS<\/strong> (VMware Pivotal Containers as a Service :\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/loeilduse.fr\/?p=158\">http:\/\/loeilduse.fr\/?p=158<\/a>) est une solution g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9e sur un environnement vSphere m\u00eame si elle peut aussi s&#8217;installer sur environnement GCP ou AWS. Bien qu&#8217;elle soit simple \u00e0 installer et \u00e0 maintenir, il faut malgr\u00e9 tout le faire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;\">La derni\u00e8re n\u00e9e est\u00a0<del><strong>VKE <\/strong>(pour VMware Kubernetes Engine)<\/del>\u00a0VMware Cloud PKS , elle est accessible en mode SaaS et h\u00e9berg\u00e9e chez AWS (sera port\u00e9e sur Azure par la suite). Elle s&#8217;adresse aux clients qui ne souhaitent pas avoir \u00e0 g\u00e9rer l&#8217;installation et le maintien en condition op\u00e9rationnelle de l&#8217;environnement Kubernetes. L&#8217;environnement est imm\u00e9diatement disponible et \u00e9volutif \u00e0 la demande. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 on aura un gain avec VMware Cloud PKS par rapport \u00e0 PKS OnPremise ou toute offre OnPremise, c&#8217;est la possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un cluster Kubernetes en moins de 90 secondes et de l&#8217;utiliser imm\u00e9diatement.
